We design and integrate greenhouse control systems that bring appropriate, compatible equipment and subsystems under a coordinated control platform. This includes control system design and layout, panel design, and field wiring for heating, cooling, ventilation, fans, pumps, valves, lighting, irrigation, and fertigation. We regularly work with platforms such as Priva, Ridder, and Agrozone, integrating them into both new and existing facilities.

We provide on-site and remote commissioning services to ensure systems are started correctly and tuned for stable operation. This includes controller configuration, P/I tuning, set-point validation, strategy review, alarm analysis, and functional testing. We also develop custom overview and control pages within greenhouse control platforms to improve visibility and daily operation.
Older systems don’t always need to be ripped out – but they do need to be handled carefully. We upgrade and modernize existing facilities by migrating obsolete controls, integrating new equipment, and improving
stability and efficiency while keeping operations running.

Secure remote access allows us to troubleshoot issues, review alarms, and make adjustments quickly – often without waiting for a site visit. This keeps downtime to a minimum and helps operators stay ahead of
problems.
We provide practical operator training, either on-site or remotely, focused on how systems actually function day to day. Training covers physical equipment, control logic, alarms, and normal operation. Clear documentation and operating procedures are provided so facility staff can confidently run and maintain the system.

We support owners and operators with system planning, platform and vendor selection, and project strategy. This includes phased expansions, retrofit planning, coordination with other trades, and technical guidance to support long-term facility goals. Sometimes the most valuable work happens before anything is installed.
As a licensed electrical contractor, we perform electrical installations supporting greenhouse and controlled-environment systems, including power distribution, conduit, control wiring, equipment connections, and coordination with automation and mechanical systems. We routinely work alongside local contractors and service providers, Offering technical guidance and remote support to help ensure timely, effective on-site service when needed.

Genuine Automation Systems is UL 508A certified, reflecting our commitment to building industrial control panels in accordance with nationally recognized safety standards. UL 508A compliance is becoming more common and often required for retrofit projects and new builds alike. A UL 508A listed panel provides assurance that the panel has been constructed to defined standards for safety, reliability, and proper component application.
